Case Study
Visual Identity
Challenge
User Demographic
The primary users were experienced attorneys, many of whom are less comfortable with modern interfaces, requiring an exceptionally intuitive design.
Complex Content
Estate planning involves numerous forms, checklists, and conditional branches; presenting this without confusion was critical.
Brand Perception
The existing logo and visual style felt generic and didn’t inspire confidence in a high-stakes legal tool.
Proof of Concept
EstateScribe needed stakeholder buy-in and user validation before full development.
Our Solution
Visual Identity
Crafted a clean, approachable branding featuring icon paired with a modern wordmark.
Guided Dashboard & Interactive Prototype
Linear Workflow: Broke down estate-planning process into linear stages, to allow for a hand-held approach while designing segmentations for easy file processing
Wireframing & Prototyping: Developed high-fidelity Figma screens and an interactive InVision prototype to test with target users, iterating until every step required no more than two clicks to advance.
Responsive Website Design
We created a clean, marketing website that guides visitors through benefits, optimizing for both desktop and mobile.
